Before that I was laid up for over a week with a bad infection toward the end of January. Besides body things holding me back there have been events where I have super splurged. Gala the first week of Feb had me eating bad Sat & Sun and this past weekend I had a wedding to go to where I (again) ate and drank my face off. This weekend is Valentine's Day and Friday I'd like to either go out or just cook at home but either way I don't see myself being perfect.
At the end of the day though I NEED to stop having a pity party for myself. Even if my foot hurts I could be working out my arms/shoulders/chest/back but am just using my foot as an excuse to take it easy and skip the gym. Doing something small is better then nothing. And if I am doing nothing then my eating needs to be spot on (which honestly, it hasn't been). Pretty much I gotta get my shit together or I know I am going to SUPER depressed come summertime (which is a short 5 months away!). I am just having a hard time getting myself motivated. It's crazy how you can be SUPER motivated at one point and then just lose it. I want to get back to where I was before when I could resist anything and had a strong and solid focus on being the best version of myself possible.
I used to set mini goals for myself and that seemed to work well. So I wanna start that again.
MINI GOALS: Set on Feb 10, 2014
#1 - Lose 3-4 lbs by March 10th (this is doable in one month)
#2 - Until your foot heals do something active for at least 30 mins, 4-5 times a week. STOP WITH THE EXCUSES!
#3 - For the next two weeks log your food at least 6 days of the week no matter what you eat (I bet this will help keep me accountable)
I hope I can stick to these goals. I know if I do, I will see results!


Girl...you got this!!! Believe in yourself. We all get in to ruts. Just push through and tell yourself you got this. YOU have control of your life....no one else. It can only be what you make it!!! I got your back girl!!! Now go and enjoy your Valentines Day and hit it hard tomorrow
