Last week (Wed/Thurs) I hit my 3rd mini goal and I even surpassed it! So far (as of today) I am 18 pounds down since I began my new lifestyle! I am very very happy to reach the halfway mark, but I NEED to keep going. Look how far you have come since you started in early July! You can come even further if you keep it up! I am so determined and so motivated to reach my goal right now and I hope I continue to feel that way in the future!
It is time to set another mini-goal. I want to be down 24 pounds by Thanksgiving. That's about 6ish more pounds to lose in the next 5ish weeks. It will definitly be tough to accomplish but I am really going to try!
Here is a motivational story I liked. She has (kind of) similar goals as me. If she can do it so can I. One day I REALLY want to post my story on MFP to inspire others just like so many have done to inspire me!
