I am REALLY trying to do some kind of workout 5-6 times a week. Recently (2 days ago) I started to get a bad cold. I took Friday and Saturday off but I do not want to have more then 2 days rest in a row. That means these past 2 days I have forced myself to workout even though I am feeling under the weather. I haven't been pushing myself as hard has I can though and only ran yesterday and did a longer JM video today. I feel like I need to still workout with this cold because it is very likely that at some point this winter I will get sick where I cannot workout at all. I don't want to take off for a little cold and runny nose when there may be a time I am even worse then that. The old Jenn would have 100% taken off for a cold in the past but the new Jenn is trying not to give excuses - especially when it comes to working out!
