So I haven't written a post in a while but today I want to get back into using this Blog. It helped me a lot last summer/fall when I started and now that I am on co-op again it will be easier for me to keep up with writing on here!
To catch you up, I'm currently doing Insanity! Right now I am in the second week. I LOVE Jillian dearly BUT I needed to step my game up. Jillian was becoming less of a challenge for me and sometimes when I would finish her Body Revolution workouts I would barely break a sweat. Well this is NOT the case with Shaun T. He kicks my butt and makes me sweat buckets. I also love how his workouts (well, the ones I am currently doing) are only about 10-15 minutes longer then Jillian's but I burn 100+ more calories. It is a lot of intense cardio circuits but I gotta say, I don't hate it! I am excited but nervous to see what comes of this. Excited for the possibility of seeing results but nervous I won't see results. Why? Well, sadly weekends STILL tend to throw me off track. I'm down by the end of each week then back to where I started each Monday. It is so frustrating! BUT... IT IS MY OWN FAULT.
If you want to see results on Insanity - then your weekends need to be as good as possible. Just think - if you were good with eating all the time you would 100% see results, how could you not???
Do you want ____(Insert Food Here)____ more than you want to be in a BIKINI this summer?
NO NO and NO. ^ Ask yourself this in the moment and try not to forget why you are working so hard!!!
Do not let all your hard work be for nothing.
