Today I decided to weigh myself. I was very apprehensive because this week was not the best week - eating wise - although it wasn't horrible either. So far the scale said I lost two pounds. I'm really not excited at all because earlier in this journey (week 2ish) the scale also told me I lost two pounds however during week 3-4 the scale indicated I had gained those two pounds back and was exactly where I started. At this point I'm really not trusting the scale and want to see physical results in myself. The only thing I think that has gotten smaller are my boobs. Fail. Anyways, I am determined to keep going and hopefully one day I will be able to see results.
