It's all about moderation.

The past two days have been decent. Wednesday Jill and I decided to try a spinning class at our gym instead of doing a video. It was about 75 mins long and def a good workout! Then Thurs I was so sore from spinning and felt like I pulled something in my arm so I wanted to take it fairly easy. Instead of doing a JM video and running I decided to just run. I ended up doing 1.5 miles all by myself because Jill went home for the rest of the week and Ali is still on vacation. It felt good that I stepped it up and ran further then I ever did before! I still have 2 more days of working out this week though... today and tomorrow... and I need to BRING IT!

Eating wise I've also been doing okay, although I feel I could be doing better. I need to try and not to get too down on myself though. I've been learning that it's okay to have slip-ups here and there and that you need a little of that food you crave every now and then so that you don't go crazy. Looking back on my food diary it seems as if I'm eating about 1,100-1,400 cals/day. I want to make that number closer to 1,000-1,300 cals/day. That is def something I want/need to work on in the up-coming weeks!!!
