Winning by Losing.

Yesterday the JM book I bought came. I haven't had the chance to read much of it yet but I am looking forward to reading it and learning more soon. Here is the link to the book.

Here is another story Ali shared with Jill and I today:

As far as eating went yesterday I did well. I really like My Fitness Pal: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ and the best part about it is it's free! I think instead writing down what I eat on my WW sheets I will just log everything I ate online instead. Now I will be focusing on calories and not points and also what I like about MFP is that it doesn't just track calories it also can track different kinds of fats, sodium, carbohydrates, fiber, and much more! It overall helps you to make sure you are eating a well balanced diet and does all the math for you so all you need to do is plug in your weight/food/gender/goals/workouts - stuff like that and it takes care of all the rest! Pretty cool.

Yesterday after a different 30 min JM video from the day before we jogged a mile again. I didn't think about actually stopping to walk although it would have been nice. When I got tired I would just keep talking to myself in my head and say things like "just one more block" or "you did this yesterday, so you can do it today". I also thought about one of JM quotes: "unless you puke, faint, or die, keep going".

Today I am sooo sore from our workout yesterday and I feel like my body is just very tired. Even though I'm sore and exhausted I NEED to keep pushing and workout 4 more days this week. I can't wait until my 'rest' day! But nothing good is going to come unless I push though the pain and get done what I set out to do.
