In early July, I suggested to 2 of my roommates (Ali & Jill) that we try and train for a mud run. Another one of our sorority sisters gave me the idea, however the Mud Run she wanted to do was coming up in about a month and my roomies and I did not feel that would be enough time for us to prepare. We are all not in as great of shape as we used to be and wanted enough time to build up some muscle and burn off some fat off before going though with this endeavor. A Mud Run is something we NEVER thought we would go to yet participate in. It's not we don't like mud (getting messy is sometimes fun!) but we just doubted our abilities to even finish the race. I can't even do a few good push-ups let alone climb, crawl, jump, skip, ect. though mud in a 5K course. ANYWAYS... we decided to do it and signed up for the Big Bash Dash:

We all really want to change our habits and signing up for this event was/is motivation to keep pushing everyday.
